All inquiries are handled on an individual basis. We proudly stand behind the quality of all our products as almost all are designed and produced inhouse by brothers and sisters in the fire service.
Sometimes a brother or sister beats you to the punch and orders the exact same item you just ordered. We totally understand and will accept your unused, damage-free item for a full refund. Notification and confirmation of the return must be made within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. This does not include personalized items.
We will accept exchanges within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. Clothing can be returned only if it is unworn and without damage. If the returned item arrives damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
We do our best to get every order right the first time but inevitably mistakes happen. Every item made in our shop is quality checked a minimum of three times. Every order that leaves the shop has been reviewed at least twice. If we still made a mistake, we will do whatever it takes to get the order right and back out to you as soon as humanly possible. We expect perfection so we take it personal when we don't meet the mark.
We do everything we can to pack your items with care and in anticipation for the bumps in the road between our shop and your hands. Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens in transit and we also do not control how long your order is in transit. However, we take your satisfaction seriously and any product damaged or lost during transit will be replaced at no cost to you.
